Service Policy & Terms

This page outlines how my automation support service works, how time is tracked, billing expectations, and the rules that protect both sides. By purchasing a block, you agree to the terms below

Time Block Policy

Billable Time Includes:

  • Automation builds (n8n, GHL, custom logic)

  • API integration work

  • Debugging and fixing issues

  • System configuration

  • Dashboard/report building

  • Funnel/page adjustments

  • Data cleanup/importing

  • Tech consulting

  • Documentation when required

Not Billable:

  • Fixing my own mistakes

  • Clarification questions

  • Anything unrelated to system-building tasks

Minimum Deduction:

  • 15 minutes per task.

  • Longer tasks are tracked to the minute.

Task Priority:

  • I set priorities based on workload and feasibility.

  • Urgent tasks may deduct an additional 25% time.

Billing Policy

  • All work is prepaid

  • A block = 20 hours ($400)

  • Payment is required before work begins

  • No refunds

  • Hours expire 30 days after purchase

  • Unused time does not roll over

Refill Logic

When your remaining hours reach:

  • 20% (4 hrs) → You get an automated reminder

  • 10% (2 hrs) → You get a second reminder

  • 0% → Work pauses until you refill

Availability Limits

  • I only work with a few clients at a time.

  • Demand is consistently high — refilling your block secures your ongoing access.
